Friends of the Omaha Catholic Worker:
Fr. Jack Mc Caslin was informed today by his lawyer/friend Chuck Hannan, that
the Feds are requiring Jack Mc Caslin to be in court for a Probation Revocation
hearing on April 22nd at 10 am Federal Court House 18th and Douglas Street,
Omaha, NE .
Jack participated in a die-in at the Quest Center on Oct 10, 2007 with 2 others
and was found guilty and paid a fine.
This small act of violation of the city of Omaha Ordinance evidently was a violation
of his Federal probation.

on April 22nd Tuesday at 10 am Judge Thomas Thalken, Court Room number #7 .
