WAR RESISTERS GO ON TRIAL

Peg Gallagher 89, Fr. Jack Mc Caslin 79, and Jerry Ebner 57

were arrested for participating in a Die-In, while Defense contractors and Defense Dept officials were buying and selling NEW Space Weapons.
The charge was a violation of Omaha City Ordinance 20-155 a misdemeanor, "Refusal to Leave"

They were released on personal recognizance and will be at court on:

November 14th Wednesday at 1:30 pm

downtown Omaha.

No Banners or signs in the Court House allowed.
Bring personal ID to get into the Court House.
